From all the comments I have read over the last few days, it is simply to tell Management that we do not like their new communication policy.

I think this part of the letter says it very well.

We hope that, as the Company's leaders, you receive this feedback as instructional and that immediate and visible corrective action is initiated to demonstrate the Company's good faith and genuine ongoing concern for shareholders' interests. 

I think this sums it up very well, we are just looking out for our investments.

I am happy to put my name on the letter, I think it will help both PTI and their shareholders.

FJ you did the right thing by putting Mike's response, it is good to get all the facts before we start shooting up the place.
