Fairchild thank you for reaching out to Mike.. His thoughts on the extra time making the poison pill irrelevant are helpful.. But a thought.. With the poison pill an unwelcome offer also afforded us more time to acquire at attractive price a basketful of shares.. This would at least provide the opportunity for us to keep pace.. I could be wrong..  But If this thought is correct I still see value in having this right I addition to the extra time....
