You can voice your request and opinion but at this point management holds all the cards and can do what they choose, so long as the Institutional investors vote with them.

As far as I know, the institutional investors have exactly the same Class of shares with the same voting abilities of our shares. There isn't, in other words, a second class of shares, just the one. So whatever would happen with their shares should also happen with ours, barring something illegal.
