Message: Re: If they put SRP up for vote at AGM...

Finally, some actual discussion. All it took was posting some incorrect information.

At the top of the Form of Proxy there is a section for appointing someone as proxyholder. Looks like management is automatically proxyholder with the power to vote unless we appoint someone else. So on top of the hundreds of thousands of shares they all actually do have they will have ours for voting purposes unless we appoint someone/show up, is that not correct? That is what I was referring to when I mentioned them just voting it down.

Imagined scenario: Shareholders (SH): "We want SRP and some communication." Company (C): "Okay, we hear you and we will put it on the table (too late now anyway?)" SH: "They acknowledge us and we are again in good hands." We go into silent mode again, they vote it down, they sell the company for something unjustifiable but get their bonuses and line on a resume.

At the end of all of this I want to be a thriving company with a thriving share price and that is my only concern wrt POET.

*Edit: just read Lumenge's post and a response is encouraging (which shows the sad state of affairs that is now POET communication) but I believe we should remain vigilant.
