Crazhorse by all means but not the error strewn version I dashed off overly hastily in my post. A corrected version follows:

IR

Sir,

As shareholders of PTI we are unable to address our concerns through the appropriate channel of IR.  It is regularly reported on the Agoracom Board that genuine concerns reported to IR are ignored and left unanswered . Whilst company policy may justify it's action to limit announcements or communiction regarding the state of developments because of necessary commercial concerns, there is a a point where the company's attitude towards its retail shareholders becomes arrogant, in that the management view overrides the basic rights of shareholders.

The recent appppearance of the risks of shareholder activism in the company's Risk Statements rather emphasises the detriorating attitude of PTI management, where it appears that management concern are placed before basic shareholder rights.  Surely activism is inflamed  where IR neglects to take action.

The AGM  is the corect place for shareholders to express their concerns they wish to do this over two issues:

1. The shareholders Protection Plan ìs not an agenda item and appears that it will is not being renewed which is  against the best interest of shareholders.

2  The companies communication policy is becoming arrogant.

The company must now make statements on these issues in order to clarify their position and in order for shareholders to have time to prepare their position at the AGM.

Please take action on these concerns immediately.

Signed appropriately  (shareholder)
