My E Mail to IR

As Shareholders of PTI we unable to address our concerns through the appropriate channel of IR.   Where communications on genuine concerns by shareholders to IR, are reported on the Agoracom Board as being gnored and left unanswered.

Whilst company policy may justify it's actions to limit announcements or communiction regarding the state of development because of necessary commercial concern, there is a a point where company attitude towards its retail shareholders becomes arrogant, in that the management view overrides the basic rights of shareholders.

The appearance of the risks of shareholder activism in the company's Risk Statements rather emphasises the detriorating attitude of management. Where management concern are placed before basic shareholder rights, or so it appears where IR neglect to act.

The AGM is the corect sharehoder concerns on two issues.

1. The shareholders Protection Plan not being renewed against the best interest of shareholders

2  The companies communication policy becoming arrogant.

The company must now make statements on these issues in order to clarify their position and in order for shareholders to have time to prepare their position at the AGM.

Please take action on the concerns immediately.

(Signed appropriately)
