I have read about involving lawyers and that, instantly, is adversarial....I don't know if that is part of the plan you intend to implement, but I would strongly recommend against it at this point.

I will not talk politics on this forum, I only mentioned it because it was brought up by the poster I was responding to...as for your link to my previous post, in that case I was referring to the reason why I believed the company was going to the market for money in such a convoluted way, as I believed that they must have thought time was of the essence.

It was a train wreck either way.
