The only email message I have ever gotten from him was one of those "duly noted" responses that everyone who complained likely received after the disastrous PO. He did return my phone call once, not long after the Shelton Group took IR over, and in retrospect it was likely done that way because there would be no paper trail for what we discussed.  

The performance of the Shelton Group must be discussed at the AGM:

1. Does POET feel that Shelton's $9k/month retainer is money well spent? and why? are they responsible for the content on the website? do they ever proof the content for simple spelling errors?

2. Whose idea was it to raise capital this way, and did anyone at the Shelton Group receive shares in the PO?

Lumenge has my support in this initiative as well.
