All good thoughts .. That I support.  Lumenge..  I hold a law degree but teach business at grad school.. I am of the opionion it is important that our concerns are "on the record" for some future date if something untoward was to take place... Such as a take over.. The board knew or ought to have known our need for protection from such events.. So I like the slowly escalating response you advocate.. Tpower
