Well, I wasn't going to join in this conversation, but this last comment pushed me over the edge.

You start by saying POET doesn't respect shareholders, except for some so-called platinum thieves from Boston (not sure where you came up with that)..... is this your reasoning as to how the company does not respect us?

Have you considered the company may have been in dire financial straits which precipitated the PO? Did you think about the implications of the Anadigics/Wavetek/II-VI deal that I believe was the cause of that PO.

Have you considered that the company execs diluted its' own shares/options and hurt themselves in the process?

Have you considered NDA's?

You then go on to say that Shelton should be fired, presumably because Shelton "set us up with these crooks"....where is the evidence of this? Can you provide a link please?

Have you considered that Shelton is covered under the NDA's as well and cannot provide anything to us? I agree that Shelton should do a better job on typos in news releases, but otherwise I believe their hands are tied.

I am in favour of organizing to ask questions that can be answered, but I will not be part of any movement to force the company to do something they don't want to do, just to satisfy some whining shareholders. I also believe lawyers are a very bad idea.

This board talks endlessly about how the NDA's tie the company's hands, yet cannot seem to believe what they profess.

If, and that's a big IF, an event occurs that makes me believe the company is intentionally misleading, or criminally stealing from the shareholders I would be more than happy to join you.

Otherwise, I trust these men are doing the best they can under the circumstances, since if they were not, I would not be invested in PTK, nor would I be posting here.
