I could  move on  if you were to present me with a response giving  me reason to dissemble my argument.reasoning the possibility that POET IP could be used in Apple plans for its processors. 

We were not aware that Apple were building processors until recently.  That policy did not happen overnight nor is their devlopment work new.  They are some along the development cycle This is new evidence and as in legal appeals we have to examine the thesis in the light of the new evidence, which is what I have tried to do.

Surely you can fo better than the 'Ya boo sucks' approach to what is a debatable point otherwise its better not to comment.
