AGMs are a  legal requirement and tend to be functional. but they are one of the only occasions when management have to face share holders. So GHF it's an opportunity for you to question management regarding your low opinion of their ability.  

For me I take a pragmatic view of management by trying to respect that in business life not everything goes your way.  However I feel that on the one occasion we have to confront them that they should be fully aware that their policy towards communicating with their shareholders has taken on an arrogance that is unacceptable.
