Here's the one thing I remember about Anadigics - I was surprised we got so involved with them (somewhat dependent on them, in fact), based only on how their financials looked.

Even though II-VI impeded our progress by taking Anadigics over, perhaps in doing so they stuck themelves with a drain on their own resources? in the bigger picture can it be considered a good thing we did not acquire them?
