I really want to get into a "gotcha" type of thing with management!  Especially when I know nothing of tech! 

"Admit that management is a bunch of bumblers." 

"You have absolutely no reason to believe you'll ever be successful, do you?" 

"Please list the three biggest mistakes you've made in running the POET business." 

"Admit that several of the posters on Agoracom have been right all along."
