So PC would definitely have exercised those options, then perhaps he has sold all those shares, perhaps he has sold part of them, or perthaps he hasn't sold any yet. That's water under the bridge at this point, nothing anyone could have done about that, although the market got close to making it non-economic to exercise the options.
GHF, you seem so bitter; the one you should be going after is the person who persuaded you to over-invest in this speculative company (was it Eileen? LOL). And if you haven't over-invested, then you should count your lucky stars, and be more sympathetic to those of us who have, rather than be so outraged.
I'm still thinking that the downside is materially de-risked at this point, depending on just what all these new hires and salespeople can do with the not-as-sexy stuff. But it certainly appears that POET thinks they can run with what they have now. Who knows, we may be pleasantly surprised with how far they can run. The pure POET stuff, well that's the upside kicker, but it continues to be far more speculative than the stuff we may be selling relatively soon.
