This is why I'd rather see POET inside competitor(s) of AAPL. It's not a very good company. They make cool things and wads of cash, but if you've ever had to get one of their products fixed...be prepared to line up just for the right to get an appointment. The fact that you have to wait so long is a sign that maybe their product isn't so great.
Yet they push everyone around and have the financial might to grind out prolonged litigation. We see it time and time again. "We don't like your terms anymore, so we're not paying." Be careful what you wish for.
