I'm just not reading quite such nuances and subtleties into this move as many.  I'm so pleased with it, because for some time I've been waiting for a move that was not initiated by those who post/read here.  Today, someone new wanted in, and in a decently big way, and in a hurry.  It makes me feel good that someone else sees value here, and does so sufficiently to pony up and take a risk along with the rest of us.

As for the regulators - clearly they did what they should - this stock acted unlike it has acted for quite some time.  And so the episode falls into the area where they make the inquiry and the company responded with the standard response.  Nothing happening there, no subliminal messages, etc.  Under the circumstances, business as usual.
