Yes, exactly! As a hub leader you can easily see the number of warnings a poster has accumulated over time. I have agreed (with myself) on a warnings threshold. So please don't be surprised if you find yourself banned suddenly – not because of a single outstandingly extreme post, but rather for crossing your warning threshold with a supposedly "innocent" little off-topic post.
