The question that needs consideration is why is the company happy to allow the SP to languish at post PO levels?
- Clearly they know far more than they can reveal.
- They are not worried by the situation.
- They have not engaged in any form of massaging attitudes.
- They talk of greater confidence than at any previous time.
- Had the iterations of development already described as a success not been sustainable such confidence would not be logical.
- The AGM on 13 July would be a difficult meeting on the basis of the SP stagnation due to the PO's negative effects. They would want to deal with this by the AGM.
My conclusion Is that this company knows they are primed for a successful announcement prior to the AGM.
