This is my first time posting here. I just want to had up to the financial risk some poster have been questionning and the marketcap evaluation. 

As at December 31st, 2016, Poet had a book value of 32 000 000 $ plus another 30 000 000 $ of asset wich is not recorded. This 30 000 000 $ is coming from note 23 of the financial statement. (113 000 000 $ of losses at a income taxes rate of 26,5 %)

This makes a total f 62 000 000 $ US book value. Giving an exchange rate of 1,30, this equal to a CDN book value of 80 000 000 $. 

My friend, we are currently trading at the bookvalue of Poet (without the Goodwill of Poet Technologie)
