I am not quite sure. Surely it would be better than our present situation but I wonder if it could limit the top end, especially if they are waiting for the SRP to expire.

Do you think Apple with its $250 billion cash pile would be that miserly? to the point of strategizing about exacting maximum pain from the long-term shareholders of a small company with terrific assets and technology just because they could?
