Just asking: why are we not able to get similar guys like these on board to get rid of this PO/RS phantom?
Would be better to have a PP at a favorable SP, than another fiasco like the last PO. Knowing for sure no further PO would be needed should help the SP, since in this case the technical AND also the financial risks would be lowered considerably.

Could it possibly be because Luminar is a private company and these investors can take positions worry about who may manipulate the share price up or down before the company is ready? (I am asking this earnestly, not facetiously)
