The Pill / AGM 2017

Galapagos from the German board asked this important question:

Is it right that the decision about the poisonous pill of POET (SRP was as far as I remember decided2014) had a limited validity and would have to prolongated at this 2017 AGM?

Any ideas? In case we should ask POET to put this on their agenda for this AGM...
