There will be no reverse split on the table at this year's AGM. as it will be a standard annual meeting, not a special one like previous years.

To authorize a RS, a Special meeting would need to be conducted. Previous AGM notices have had the "Annual General & Special" label for this field. This year's meeting doesn't have Special in it,
