True. But that doesn't mean that you can buy POET for 78 million dollars.

I was quite aware of that, and that is why I mentioned a 100% increase in the stock price. Many take-overs offer only about 20-30% above the stock price. A 100% increase would make all those who took down that financing profitable, including their warrants.
