 There may be a fine line that I am not getting but how is it unreasonable to say you think $40 million in NRE is coming.

You report that "people associated with the company" (deliberately vague, no? - I am also "associated with the company") say that is what should be expected. Then you follow it up with you agree that it is an accurate assumption (do you mean estimate?)
