Your post implies some kind of "conditional" ethic, which does not make sense. One is either ethical or not. I don't know Shash personally, so I can only judge the person by his/her actions. Posting private messages without the original poster consent is a big no-no. They used to call it "netiquette". I am sorry if you missed the point.
