In my humble opinion the financing had a lot to do with our current share price .. The share price and share holders were destroyed  by it and I think some investors are afraid it may happen again so they will hold off buying until there is proof that it won`t happen again..  And also the silence from management.. Silence does not work on the Venture exchange..
