Jack, you are very right. When it is all about money, ethics will fall behind. But:

I am not scared by GF. Their business model, foundry 2.0 etc. is based on a lot of trust. If they would play dirty games, they will loose a lot of very big customers. Finally GF will earn big as soon as their customers earn big.

But there are other compnies out there... And in worse care I would estimate GF as one of the companies which could be a big asset for POET. Anyhow, better POET can do the job without a white knight.
