Yes, and this is why the SP does not move up.
POET does not dare to beat the drums, and also the longs are now careful, still licking their PO-wounds. As soon as someone posts positive or optmistic, another party will balance (not obviously bashing, it is atmost the negativity we all are feeling from time to time). And on the other side there seems to be a party with endless supply of shares always willing to sell as soon as the SP moves up.

But I am sure this will not last forever. Also without drumming there will be a time when POET has to announce good news (Q4/16 and Q1/17 they possibly can keep on low profile, but once NRE and partnerships will kick in to balance the burn rate. Also AOC sales in 2018 means (my estimation) prototypes soon, as all this will take time to ramp up. But then - the race will be on.
