norret, thanks for the fine post. I do have a question (not necessarily just for you) re: "I believe that they really expected to acquire Anadigics"

This is not the first time it has been mentioned that POET may have been trying to aquire Anadigics. The question I have about that is how would they have been able to do that? The final sale was for $78.2 million, so even if it was sold for half of that (before the bidding war), how would POET have come up with the cash? That part does not make sense to me.
