I asked a few questions today just like I do when I have questions about the company I'm invested in. Today however, IR decided to answer. Pleasant and professional.  Of course I have my own commentary but I will leave their response for you all to digest. Hope it can settle some nerves. 

"I wouldn’t personally characterize the recent management changes at POET as an ‘exodus of executives’. Many of the recent changes involved transitions at DenseLight, and even then several very strong new appointments have also been made across the company.

As I understand it, Suresh simply had a scheduling conflict and the subject matter being covered at PIC is right up Bill Ring’s alley. A change in the executive that’s attending a given industry event really isn’t that unusual, and there’s simply no reason to conclude there is a deeper meaning/reason.

I’m not aware of any active consideration by POET related to joining the GSA, however I honestly wouldn’t be directly involved in any such consideration/conversations."
