Okiedo you say:
'The objection is to the repetitious litany of failed end points.'
Are you not overstating the case?
The Anadigics saga, the export licences, epitaxial supply and slow turnover at Wavetech saga are but two incidences that gave rise to delays that were then reflected in the company's documented milestones and were eplained by management in NR.
The Sep 15 article recently quoted by lumenge gave a 2016 date stated by SV and no doubt .PC was guilty of loose talk at the CIC. But these were not reflected in the company's official reports
By all means point me to evidence you can add to support your 'repetitios litany of failed end points' comment, But for me the TWO incidences of delays are the inevitable unforeseen cosequences of the business life of a leading edge Hi Tech development and not a worthy reason to castigate management. Disappointing yes but management reacted quickly. No one liked the solution, a precarious PO, but they were desperate measure to keep the project on track and ultimately to benefit shareholders.
In every other respect I agree with you and ITTR that the company needs to do more to convince new investors. I suspect this will come and why Shelton was engaged but none of this is helped by impatience.
