Thanks Stubbel. There's no doubt they work very hard. It has been said on a few occassions, how hard PC worked and then, how hard the new management and Board work. I don't Think that's in question. 

Its time for all that endeavour, to start showing in our SP. I'm sure it's s real irritation to them, given some of their very positive accomplishments. Aside from that horrid event last October.
