 I am sure you know as well as I do that this is high risk venture capital project.

As Baba points out the odds are against us, but whilst a cabal here appear to dwell in the past over what I see as the rocky road to progress they don't seem to recognise that management learns and have acted in a way to lessen the risk that we all endure.  Whilst I feel they have considerably lessened that risk by their actions, including the painful but adjudged necessary PO, others continue to cry over spilt milk.

I have no capacity to time when management will make the big reveal if ever but see positive input in company communication that heralds a change is imminent. 'On the cusp'. The effects of these changes should be felt by the second half 2017 through DL's enterprise' and POET'S contribution by 2018.

Now whose opinion should I respect more, the glooms mantra or new management's positive statements?

I remain optimistic.
