Is it possible that the VCSEL is completed and because they're not going to sell it or it's patents than they want everything in place (production material, plants, customers etc.) to roll it out when all is ready. We know very little and much is spectulation but we do see a lot of things happening and have to form our own opinions and make our own personal decissions if any.
