Everyone here knows I am not a basher, and I too thank AM for his service to the company, but calling a spade a spade, and I know if I don't someone else will, AM oversaw a rather substantial decline in shareprice during his tenure.

This could be expalined in any number of ways, mostly rife with speculation because we don't know the whole story, or even half of it. What we do know, and I agree with Andech1, is that we are leaving the lab now, to greener pastures.

The option grants are again generous, not surprisingly given the quality of the help we've acquired, but I fear the market may beat us like a dog again today, like most days when news is announced.

Nevertheless, I do think this is a good move and continue to hope for great things in the coming months.
