I 100% agree with your message.

What recourse do we have? That overpayed, underworked (potentially, we'd never know) IR firm is our only contact to the company. I am doubting they would pass on any messages asking why they are payed $9k/month for putting out one or two reports. The share price is not wholly at their feet but for a company with so much potential there must be more interest and better involvement. Is the answer to all of this going to be "NDA"? At some point we should deserve better.

...As a contrast, a marijuana company I've been watching that just IPOd a few weeks ago has their IR doing Q&As on investment forums (Reddit), emails with updates on licences, and their two latest PPs were over-prescribed and raised. This is a company with no revenue, in a competitive field. Night and day and apples to oranges but such a stark contrast.
