Are We Catching Up to Fair Value?

Was POET not recently given a fair value by Morningstar at 49 cents a share?

If so, perhaps there are events unfolding that will confidently assure the latest shareholders taking on the PO that the rise back is now occuring? Perhaps, 52 cents is on the way for them to exercide warrants before the next push upwards?
