This October news release spells out what can be said about the relationship between Poet and Luxmux:

Does look similar to the relationship described between Luxmux and Avo in June 2016:

Not sure if both Denselight and Avo are working with Luxmux on related but different products, or Denselight replaced Avo based on superior performance, or something else...
