PO or no PO it matters not to the longs and belivers here because they still hold their shares. Share price ups and downs do not matter to longs because they still believe and noting has changed with the Poet dream only the time to market.

With regards to Denselight, Poet did not pay too much for it, they got a good deal. Poet needed Denselight and Denselight needed Poet and that will prove out to be a very good investment for Poet shareholders especially if Poet does not gain the sucess with the "holy grail" that we are all here for. At least by the time the VCSEL is ready (or never ready) Poet/Denselight will be a very profitable company with lots of customers and a great future. It is our safety net and I, for one, am glad we have Denselight to fall back on. We can all see the huge marketplace for optics that they are envolved in and how fast it is growing.

This stuff does not happen over night and patience is still the word whether we like it or not. Patience will reward.

I've been doing some thinking about this aweful PO that Poet just did and needed to do. If it was such an aweful deal how come millions of shares have been available at the ask for weeks now at a near 20% discount to the PO share price offering? Think about it. Buyers are not lining up at Poets door for shares.......but they will be. The time is not right just yet.

I was mad as hell when Poet did this offering. I'm begining to see that this was the only way to go to get to the finish line in the shortest time possible.
