Canadian TFSA Help - PTK

Hi guys,

I would like to put a positive spin on the current SP. At $0.285, if I am doing my math right, and $5,500 TFSA contribution limit, I can transfer 19,298 shares of PTK into my TFSA. That would be tax free as my cost on those shares is $1.15 each. Can someone confirm the math and tax implications?
