Sulasailor: If my memory  is correct. didn't SV mention  that there were scheduleing issues at Wavetech.

No, POET talked about issues with EpiWorks (resp. epitaxial sources) and with export permit delays. They didn't say whether there were any issues at Wavetech or not.
