Tax loss selling!!!  Those who do not have their shares in a registered plan of sorts, are selling out, to take the tax loss.  Sell your looers and ride your winners.  Year end clean up for those institutions still holding.  Many are considering it dead money.  Lets see if our high profile management have the cahoonahs to buy in the open market.  May put a table underneath the falling knife.
