I agree.
Although there are lots of things the company cannot and will not openly discuss, when then are diluting current owners of this company they better come forth with some reasonable explanation as to why they are doing it....that is not unreasonable.
Furthermore, not having owned or worked for an IR firm previously, I would consider $9k/mo. a very generous compensation to merely shuffle paper for the company a couple times a year. If investors have questions that can be answered then they should be answered, or, they should be told that because of NDA's they cannot be. That is not unreasonable.
The channel that has been afforded Rainer/FJ should remain open; this is not an excessive request and would be reasonable considering the number of shares this board possesses and controls.
Come on people, let's be serious. Censorship, I hope we all agree, is garbage. If the comapny can't divulge information because of NDA's then fine, otherwise they should be able to reveal wtf is going on with our company.
