Faced with a relentless barrage of demands for information and an expectation for this board to be spoon fed has led to the Company issuing clear policy to end what they see as unacceptable leval of retailer influence. 

Having bit the hand that feeds us, we as a group have lost respect and influance by becoming too demanding and a thorn in the side of the proper management of POET.  This clearly will no longer be tolerated and neither should it be. Clearing the question list alone diverts resources from the real work needed and is studiously ignored.
