Well that is a good question.......however IMHO it is "NRE Revenue" and ulimately would be for a customer..that customer being a government agency...... so it certainly could be......Singapore .....or it could b a US gov't agency such as Nasa, the Military or Security...certainly leaves alot of room for thought..and that's why there are NDA's..
