You fine chaps seem to have an aversion for reaching out to the people handling your money for some reason but here again is Brett's response from Oct 8:

I do understand your concern related to POET’s stock. Insider buying is typically prohibited during the period between quarter end and a company’s reporting of its results for the prior quarter end [my bold]. Regardless, one of the most effective ways for any company to create lasting positive influence on its stock price is to deliver consistently improving results over time, and I believe that POET’s recent acquisitions will prove to be a meaningful step toward providing more tangible financial results on which the company can be measured/valued going forward.
