In rugby certain infringements gain a mandatory period in the sin bin.

CAinPlap certainly deserved  reprimand as his words were an attack on FJ that were so generalised to be patently untrue, we all know that FJ's contribution is vast and useful. There was an element of vendetta against FJ in his words which are echoed by others.  FJ is specifically targeted possibly because; he has carried the weight of disciplining here and resented, there seems also to be a blame game aimed at him because òf his predictions and I also sense some resentment at his level of contact with the Company. 

Where BL have stood up for keeping this board honest and FJ has been foremost in this role on our behalf and in our best interest they must be supported or chaos breaks out, which in my view has been the case.

Yoor words are typical of the safety mechanism available to us where overly hasty action is taken.

Maybe we need George to give B L a range of banning powers powers from total ban to cooling offs of different periods. So for example repeat offenders get greater periods in the sin bin before the final guillotine.

BL must be suported in what is a difficult role.
