TWG, I would like to put a twist on what you mentioned about "skin in the game"
Yes, I would like management to have more of it invested in POET, but I take some solice in the fact that the management/ownership of Denselight ponied up a lot of their skin in POET.
This fact allows me to sleep at night, knowing that these experienced people tied their economic future to POET. In doing so they must have had a very good reason to like the deal they committed to. Otherwise they foolishly threw away everything they had worked for on a highly risky pipedream.
I have to go with the former
